  1. First please Turn the power off. If your Samsung Galaxy S is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
  2. Hold the Volume Down button
  3. Press and release the Power button
  4. You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
  5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
  6. Press and release the Power button
  7. Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

Hi Sir, My Samsung Galaxy S III keeps crashing at startup, here is the notification :

  • com.sec.android.provider.logprovider crashes
  • and other ones android.process.acore

So I cannot reach any settings to disable some system settings like Settings/Privacy  and   I also cannot connect usb to my computer. can u help me?

Answer : Hi Jonny , thanks to your ask  sent my site. To setting GPRS WAP & MMS on your Samsung Galaxy S II(O2), please note all steps must be completed to ensure the settings are correctly configured.  You must also read the note on bottom in this answer

Here is the step to follow, .

  1. In the first please Tap the Menu key then Tap Settings > Wireless & network >Tap Mobile networks
  2. Make sure that the Use packet data box has a green tick in it (tap box to change)
  3. Tap Access Point Names >Tap the Menu key >Tap New APN
  4. Tap Name then tap the text box and enter O2 Pay Monthly then tap OK
  5. Tap APN then tap the text box and enter wap.o2.co.uk then tap OK
  6. Tap Proxy then tap the text box and enter 193.113.200.195 then tap OK
  7. Tap Port then tap the text box and enter 8080 then tap OK
  8. Tap Username then tap the text box and enter o2wap then tap OK
  9. Tap Password then tap the text box and enter password then tap OK
  10. Skip past Server as this is preset as Not set
  11. Tap MMSC then tap the text box and enter http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002 then tap OK
  12. Tap MMS proxy then tap the text box and enter 193.113.200.195 then tap OK
  13. Tap MMS port then tap the text box and enter 8080 then tap OK
  14. Tap MCC then tap the text box and enter 234 then tap OK
  15. Tap MNC then tap the text box and enter 10 then tap OK
  16. Tap Authentication type and tap PAP >Tap APN type and tap Internet + MMS
  17. Press the Menu key
  18. Tap Save
  19. Tap the circle next to the new profile so a green dot appears in it
  20. Press the Back key four times to return to the main menu.

Note :

  • Please ensure that when entering O2 into the settings that the letter “O” is selected and not a zero.
  • When entering the following information do not press “Save” until told to in the instructions.

Answer : Hi Abdul H, thanks for your asked. You can transfer your games into your memory card and install it in your galaxy s3. But you must remember to fulfill many requirement :

System Requirements Windows

  • OS : Microsoft® Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
  • CPU ": Intel Pentium 1.8 GHz or greater (Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz recommended)
  • Memory (RAM): 1GB (Recommended)
  • Hard Drive Space: At least 500MB
  • Screen Resolution : 1024 x 768

Required Software :

Before install kies you must install Windows Imaging Component (WIC) and NET Frame work 4

  • Microsoft .Net Framework v3.5 SP1 or later, : NET Frame work 4 – Download
  • Windows Media Player 11 or later : Windows Imaging Component (WIC) – Download 
  • DirectX v9.0 or later

Follow the step to setting on your phone

1. transfer your app/games in your memory card.

2. insert memory card to phone.

3. go to settings -> application -> unknown sources –> ok

4. install desired app.

5. choose yes.

6. wait for it to be installed.

7.done and enjoy open or playing!

I need your your assistance in regarding how I install any software or programme from pc to samsung galaxy S III.

I want to install some software directly in mobile SD card, because in  samsung Galaxy s3 internal memory is too low.

If you have any link please advice me. Your action highly appreciated.
