Here is step by step to install Cab files

1. Download the CAB file below you want to install on your HTC Touch HD T8285 ( Blackstone) and save it to your computer’s desktop. or directly to your mobile phone. If your phone has Internet access, enter the URL for the website with your phone and download the CAB file directly to your phone.

2. Connect your HTC Touch HD T8285 ( Blackstone) to your computer using the USB cable that came with the device. Your computer will sync with the Windows Mobile Device Center; the interface will appear on your computer’s screen.

3. Go to "File Management" in the Windows Device Center and choose "Browse Contents." You will be able to see all available storage on your phone.

4. Drag the CAB file from your desktop into your HTC Touch HD T8285 ( Blackstone)’s internal storage drive.

5. Disconnect your phone from the computer.

6. From your HTC Touch HD T8285 ( Blackstone)’s main menu, tap "Start" and "File Explorer." Go to the "My Documents" folder and find the CAB file. Open your Start menu to verify the program is installed and ready to use.

Instructions

1. Launch the Web browser on your WellcoM A86/A68/ WePAD A800 phone.

2. Navigate to the Google Latitude mobile Web page. Type the web address "google.com/latitude" into your cell phone’s browser.

3. Enter your WellcoM A86/A68/ WePAD A800 mobile number and location on the menu page.

4. Click the tab "Send a link to my phone." You will then receive settings for Google Latitude on your mobile phone.

5. Install the Google Latitude application using the settings. Just follow the instructions provided on your screen.

6. Open the Google Latitude application again to start checking a mobile location. Find the "menu" page, and click it. Look for "Latitude" and start adding your friends and family by encoding their email addresses. 7. Install the Google Maps application when prompted to access Google Latitude.

8. Launch the Google Maps application from your home screen.

9. Select "Menu" and then "Join Latitude."

10. Enter your Google account user name and password. Your WellcoM A86/A68/ WePAD A800 phone will now be configured with Google Latitude. You can add Google contacts who use Google Latitude to share your location with those users and view their current location using the Google Maps application.
