Question : Hello Sir, dont really know if whats the Problem because the touch screen was working and the only problem os my back key. But i didnt do anything wrong so now im reallu confused. I love this my Galaxy S III phone and I want to fix this.

Answer :

Hello Donna, How are you..I try to solve your problem . Please go to a blank home screen and using 2 fingers, pinch them together. You will see all your home screens appear. Now, put your finger on the one you want to get rid of (same as you would an app you wish to remove) and you will see the bin appear at the bottom. Just drag it to the bin and you`re done. Repeat for any other screens you want to bin!

Hi Sir My Samsung Galaxy Note stopped to make any sounds I thought it is a hardware problem but today I heared it ringing once but each time i call it no sound comes from it

Answer :

Hi Jessica, Thanks for your asked. please do this step. It worked on my galaxy fit. Go to   files folder, go to media and create folder, nemed it "notification". Copy or move your selected mp3 or music. Then go to settings, go to sound, go to notification ringtone and select your transferred music! It really worked!
