Samsung Kies Try To Connect Using Bluetooth

Answer : Hi Siddarth , try Bluetooth connection:

  1. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your PC and on the phone.
  2. Try turning the phone off and then back on.
  3. Remove your phone in the Bluetooth configuration panel on the PC and run the Phone
  4. Connection wizard again.

Note : Sometime in many type of Samsung phone, the ‘Connect With Bluetooth’ option is offered in Kies in order to frustrate you and waste your time, by suggesting you can do something which you can’t. Then discovered it’s easier via USB cable.  Just go to Settings -> About Phone -> USB settings.  .

hello, i hav the samsung kies. but hw shd i connect using bluetooth,, rather than using datacord, which i dont hav. please help me or email me dear admin.

Answer : Here is the many solution. But Note that none of these phones responded to the other solutions: (Remove battery for 30 seconds, blow dust out of keyboard, preform soft reset, delete archived msgs, update OS, etc..)
Symptom set #1 – “Keyboard and side buttons not responding… only Track Ball scrolling (but not push selection) responding”
