Windows XP Does Not Recognize my Galaxy Y Pro Duos 5512 Phone

Answer : Hello Truth Alone Triumphs , Please try the following actions not connecting to pc in pc suit mode , but is connecting in charger mode only:

  1. Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
  2. Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the phone.
  3. Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
  4. Turn the phone off and then back on.
  5. Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the Samsung Galaxy Y pro Duos 5512 PC Suite again.
  6. On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.

I am James. I am using Samsung Galaxy Y pro Duos 5512 handset.I downloaded Samsung Kies through your website :-

But while connect the mobile phone with PC, there comes a message at right bottom of the screen saying that Windows XP does not recognize my phone.
