Hi Mandy, follow this instruction to download and install the Samsung GT E1360 Kies Software :
- Please find download link below and click the software that you want to download.Save to your disk to get setup installation file.
- Open setup file to run the installation on your computer
- Connect your Samsung GT E1360 to PC via cable data
- Restart your PC and your Phone
- If successfully you can see your Samsung device on your pc to manage them
Another unofficial trial software,you need to buy to get full version :
If does not recognize please follow the action:
- On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.
- Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
- Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the GT E1360 phone.
- Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
- Turn the phone off and then back on.
- Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the PC Suite again.

hi
I,ve just download pc suite for my samsung GT E1360
off your web page but when i put the data cable in it tells me the usb device attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does,nt recognise it.
Do you have any idea why it wont work please,I have another samsung phone and the cable works ok with that one but it this one i want to put ringtones on.
Any help will be much appreciated
