Hello my name Israel I own HUAWEI CM651. I want to free download pc suite software for my CM651 phone, how can i download this software please give me some information about this?

Well Israel, here is download link of your needed software. The application user must belong to
Administrator group or have the privilege to install driver. Running the InstallDriver.exe will execute installation, and the installdrv64.exe will be called by InstallDriver.exe,
When running in 64 bit OS. Run installdrv64.exe separately will not make sense. Find link below :
