If you have verified you have an updatable version of MPT, 4.04b and up, you may go to the Mobile Phone Tools link. If your version of Mobile Phone Tools is lower than 4.04b, you will have to purchase a newer version of Mobile Phone Tools. But you have note that to ignore the Applicable Products field. This field does not determine whether your phone is compatible or not.
- Please to Select Start.
- Then Select Control Panel.
- Select Add or Remove Programs.
- Select Motorola Phone Tools.
- Select Remove.
- Select Motorola Driver Installer.
- Select Remove.
- Select OK.
- Reboot the computer.
- Reinstall MPT with updates.
- Try Again.
