Hello Rajesh,,  I have  download link of Samsung S2 PC Suite software. Please also try  of samsung kies & use PC Studio software to connect internet or WiFi :

Instruction to download and install the Software :

  1. Please find download link below and click the software that you want to download.Save to your disk to get setup installation file.
  2. Open setup file to run the installation on your computer
  3. Connect your phone Samsung S II to PC via cable data
  4. Restart your PC and your Phone
  5. If succesfully you can see your Samsung device on your pc to manage them
