Kies Samsung Error When Synchronize

Topic : Asked Why Kies Samsung doesn’t Connect?.

Answer : Hi Captain, If you have any connection problems, please follow the instructions below:

USB connection:

  1. On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.
  2. Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
  3. Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the phone.
  4. Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
  5. Turn the phone off and then back on.
  6. Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the Samsung PC Suite again.

Bluetooth connection:

  1. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your PC and on the phone.
  2. Try turning the phone off and then back on.
  3. Remove your phone in the Bluetooth configuration panel on the PC and run the Phone
  4. Connection wizard again.

Infrared connection:

  1. Make sure that infrared is activated on your PC and on the phone.
  2. Make sure that the infrared ports of the phone and the PC face each other and are within range.
  3. Reinstall the infrared device on the PC (please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation).

Reinstall  pc suite, make sure you have all the drivers installed. Restart phone, keep usb debugging on, and keep usb mass storage mode off. It should work. If not, repeat a couple times, change the com ports ( usb slots ). Also make sure you are using original company provided usb cable.

If still not, then screw it.   pc suite has no potential benefits. It’s not like itunes or zune… You can do all the stuff without it; like transferring files, backing up data, connect to internet etc… Just don’t bother much if nothing of above mentioned tips work for you

i downloaded the software but it is not connecting.
