Bonjour, j’ai des soucis avec mon Acer Liquid Gallant, il m’est impossible d’installer mes pilotes avec windows 8 professionnel, je voulais savoir si vous alliez faire une mise à jour du pilotes pour qu’il soit compatible avec windows 8, car ce n’est pas évident que le téléphone soit pas reconnu par mon pc eMachines ! Answer :  Hi Pedro, I try to surf on the official website of Acer, they don’t have driver compatibility with Windows 8. May be you must wait until the official website give new software that can be downloaded in next time

i have Samsung star 3 s5222 duos mobile. i tried to connect mobile to pc with windows os using Samsung kies 2.5. it said that it is unable to join the phone to kies. please help me. i will be eagerly waiting for your responce.

Answers : Hi dharmendra, please look this if your PC Sync for  Samsung Star 3 Duos is not working :

• On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.
• Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
• Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the phone.
• Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
• Turn the phone off and then back on.
• Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the Samsung PC Suite again.
