Try the following actions not connecting to pc in pc suit mode , but is connecting in charger mode only:
- Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
- Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the phone.
- Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
- Turn the phone off and then back on.
- Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the Spice PC Suite again.
- On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.

Got your mail address from your site. My spice m-6800 flo in not connecting to my window 7 pc in pc suit mode , but is connecting in charger mode only. Tried many things with no result , will appreciate if u could guide me to resolve the issue.
