Try the following actions not connecting to pc in pc suit mode , but is connecting in charger mode only:

  1. Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
  2. Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the phone.
  3. Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
  4. Turn the phone off and then back on.
  5. Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the Spice PC Suite again.
  6. On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.

Got your mail address from your site. My spice m-6800 flo in not connecting to my window 7 pc in pc suit mode , but is connecting in charger mode only. Tried many things with no result , will appreciate if u could guide me to resolve the issue.

Kies Samsung Error When Synchronize

Answer : Hi Captain, If you have any connection problems, please follow the instructions below:

USB connection:

  1. On your computer, turn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.
  2. Make sure that you are using a compatible cable (we strongly recommend that you use a DCU-65 USB Cable).
  3. Check that the cable is properly connected to the PC and to the phone.
  4. Alternatively, try to use another USB port on the PC.
  5. Turn the phone off and then back on.
  6. Your USB drivers may need to be reinstalled: just uninstall and install the Samsung PC Suite again.

Bluetooth connection:

  1. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your PC and on the phone.
  2. Try turning the phone off and then back on.
  3. Remove your phone in the Bluetooth configuration panel on the PC and run the Phone
  4. Connection wizard again.

Infrared connection:

  1. Make sure that infrared is activated on your PC and on the phone.
  2. Make sure that the infrared ports of the phone and the PC face each other and are within range.
  3. Reinstall the infrared device on the PC (please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation).

Reinstall  pc suite, make sure you have all the drivers installed. Restart phone, keep usb debugging on, and keep usb mass storage mode off. It should work. If not, repeat a couple times, change the com ports ( usb slots ). Also make sure you are using original company provided usb cable.

If still not, then screw it.   pc suite has no potential benefits. It’s not like itunes or zune… You can do all the stuff without it; like transferring files, backing up data, connect to internet etc… Just don’t bother much if nothing of above mentioned tips work for you

i downloaded the software but it is not connecting.

Install PC suite Samsung GT E1360, But Windows Doesn’t Recognize It.

Hi Mandy, follow this instruction to download and install the Samsung GT E1360 Kies Software :

  1. Please find download link below and click the software that you want to download.Save to your disk to get setup installation file.
  2. Open setup file to run the installation on your computer
  3. Connect your  Samsung GT E1360 to PC via cable data
  4. Restart your PC and your Phone
  5. If successfully you can see your Samsung device on your pc to manage them

Another unofficial trial software,you need to buy to get full version :

hi

I,ve just download pc suite for my samsung GT E1360

off your web page but when i put the data cable in it tells me the usb device attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does,nt recognise it.

Do you have any idea why it wont work please,I have another samsung phone and the cable works ok with that one but it this one i want to put ringtones on.

Any help will be much appreciated
